Exercise Design and Development
Blue Cord Safety, LLC can facilitate the exercise design and development process to enable units to achieve their training objectives. Although our focus is on Multi-Domain Operations, we can develop scenarios and create exercise injects to match unit requirements.
This includes running planning conferences, ROC Drills and creating Master Scenario Events Lists (MSELS).
Exercise Support
Blue Cord safety, LLC creates realistic Front End products and injects focused on Multi-Domain Capabilities to establish the operational environment. Blue Cord Safety, LLC can Generate Orders and Estimates and Reports to enable the Training Audience to conduct the Military-Decision-Making-Process (MDMP) and Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (IPOE/IPB).
Blue Cord Safety, LLC has access to Subject Matter Experts that can augment unit exercise cells (White Cell or EXCON). Augmentation can include role players representing supporting units, higher headquarters, or subordinate unit response cells. Blue Cord Safety, LLC augmentation can include assembling daily observations into an After Action Review (AAR) or facilitating AARs and Lessons Learned.
Electronic Warfare Support
Blue Cord Safety, LLC can arrange open-air Electronic Warfare training to include obtaining authorities, training range and emitters that model signals of interest.
This includes teaming with SRC and other organizations.
Military Deception
Blue Cord Safety, LLC offers three courses in military deception. These courses are limited to five days in length to easily fit into unit training schedules.
Tactical Deception Planning and Deception in Support of OPSEC is a classroom discussion with the end state to equip the training audience with working templates and practical knowledge to effectively obtain approvals and execute deception operations.
The second alternative is an advanced course of instruction that includes best practices and advanced integration of Information Related Capabilities.
The third option is the deception working group where experienced planners facilitate a unit’s staff to develop activities to achieve specific goals.
Vulnerability Assessments, Security Plans and Emergency Operation Plans
Blue Cord Safety, LLC conducts vulnerability assessments of facilities and provides methods to mitigate the threats. Our solutions include the integration of systems, procedures and physical protection to include locks, and barriers. For places of worship, the cost is minimal. We can custom build Emergency Operation Plans to meet your needs and protect your most important assets.
